How do I return my order?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return it. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received.
To Return:
- Send an email to shoplifehelpdesk@gmail.com requesting a Return Authorization Number.
- Include your name, email address, shipping address, date of purchase, order number, item description, price and reason for return.
- An email will sent to you with shipping instructions and a Return Authorization Number within 48 hours.
- Pack your items and write your RA number on the outside of the package and on the Return Slip located in the original Shop Life™ package.

- Copy of the original packing slip
To Exchange:
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. Please follow the above instructions for a return, then you will need to go back to www.ShopLife.com and place a new order.
Credit on Returns:
You will receive email confirmation once your return has been received and funds added back to your account. Once we receive your return shipment, please allow 3 – 5 business days to process your refund. Your bank or credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
