- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting a Return Authorization Number.
- Include your name, email address, shipping address, date of purchase, order number, item description, price and reason for return.
- An email will sent to you with shipping instructions and a Return Authorization Number within 48 hours.
- Pack your items and write your RA number on the outside of the package and on the Return Slip located in the original Shop Life™ package.
